Named after the mileage of marathon, this massage focuses on decompression and recovery of the legs/lower body. A favorite with runners! Extensive treatment of the feet, ankles, calves, shins, and knees.  The IT band and upper-leg are included. This massage is perfect if you are experiencing symptoms of shin-splints and/or plantar fasciitis. Incorporates trigger point release therapy, gua sha and stretching.
